Baby steps, baby steps.

Amanda's brother Jonathan gave me some flash tools for Christmas (he is the one below in the funny Christmas hat, as his dad does a Frankenstein behind). I have be quickly and immersed in the coding world (read learning a new language) of flash.

So baby steps. I changes our navigation to flash, so the buttons do fun stuff. A sad first attempt but ya gotta start somewhere. Anyway, more to come.

Ironically, there are some pages that still use the old htlm navigations (basically because I don't want to touch these yet) and one of those pages is the blog page. So more work to do.

The Aizlewood gang joined Amanda and I for Christmas this year and it was a great success! Amanda's Dad Peter, brother Jonathan and sister Johanna all joined in the Aizlemas cheer and shared a large brined turkey will all the trimmings, many presents and many laughs.

Peter showed off his two handed stirring prowess with the gravy and the bread sauce.
The tonsil twins were at it again with the introduction of a Helmut key chain.
Jonathan relaxed with the Far Side.
The table was set for a nice Christmas lunch.
And I carved the Bob Cratchet Christmas goose, before we all sat down to gorge ourselves on the triptophan feast.
The rest of the weekend was spent doggedly finishing jigsaw puzzles, gorging on chocolate and we even managed to fit in a walk on a cold sunny day at Mer Bleue.
